We are currently seeking candidates for our Midland, NC location for: LATHE MACHINIST Base + Off Shift Incentive – Flexible Schedules Responsibilities Set up and operate Lathe with live tooling for complex, precision jobs with minimal supervision Hold size and profile tolerances within .0005 Ability to Multitask/ Run multiple machines at once is a must CNC Programming, Editing and Set Up A PLUS Perform first piece in process inspection using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges and dial gauges Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handling Utilize the ERP system and document the required in-process inspection dimensions.

Maintain clean, organized and safe work environment following all safety standards and requirements. Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent education and experience required 1-3 years of CNC with operation or machining experience Demonstrated skill working in a team environment a plus Experience with Lean Manufacturing a plus DRT is a dynamic and growing organization that offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits including PTO and MEDICAL COVERAGE FROM DAY ONE!
