Wholesale Relationship Associate Manager

The Wholesale Relationship Associate Manager is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and operational support to the Relationship Associate team while maintaining and servicing an assigned loan portfolio. This role serves as a working leader, balancing day-to-day Relationship Associate responsibilities with supervisory duties including employee development, performance coaching, communication, training, and process improvement.

The professional partners closely with other RA Supervisors, RA Managers, and department leadership to create consistency across teams, share best practices, support organizational initiatives, and drive operational excellence. This position plays a key role in promoting a collaborative culture, developing team members, and enhancing customer service.
