As a recruitment consultant on the Progressive Sales Team, you will focus on client relationship building and business development within the PG&E client You will be making relationships with new and existing contacts Perform lead generation and market research within the account Lead outreach to hiring managers through LinkedIn, LinkedIn recruiter, and cold calling Run client meetings to assess their needs, pitch terms, and negotiate agreements You will work with the candidate team of recruiters to manage the candidate interview process Hold regular touch points with stakeholders Ensure your managers have everything needed for onboarding
