Care Specialist - QMAP | The Fountains

We are hiring a Care Specialist - QMAP at The Fountains! This position is responsible for assisting and administering medications as outlined by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, to include verifying the accuracy of the medications administered, documenting, reporting errors, and reordering medications as required.  Responsible for providing clients with protective oversight and being responsive in meeting the needs and requests of residents. This position is offering a full-time schedule of Sunday through Thursday 1:45 pm to 10:15 pm. This position has a starting wage range of $17.85-$18.74 per hour.
