Position Summary

We are looking to hire a new bilingual front desk receptionist for our busy medical office. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be the face of our clinic—setting the tone for a welcoming, professional visit.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed Answer incoming calls, checking voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum Experience & Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Minimum 1 year experience as a medical receptionist in a fast paced environment Minimum 1 year experience with medical scheduling Must have proficient computer/typing skills Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Bilingual preferred
