Systems Administrator

Job Announcement Systems Administrator The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing IT support and systems administration for MBN’s technology environment, including user support, desktops, laptops, servers, cloud services, applications, security tools, and related systems. This position helps ensure that MBN’s IT systems are secure, reliable, and properly maintained.

Shell / Infrastructure Automation Virtualization – Citrix mainly. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Network Troubleshooting. Cisco VPN / Network Connectivity – Troubleshooting Backup & Archival Awareness of Procedures & Processes at an Enterprise level of Backups Other Duties: Perform additional job-related duties and take on new responsibilities as needed based on organizational requirements and circumstances.

Qualifications

Minimum of four years of relevant IT support, systems administration, or technology operations experience. Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Windows systems, and enterprise IT environments. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues. Knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, backup systems, cybersecurity tools, and endpoint management.

Power. Shell, scripting, or automation experience is preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent support needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds as needed.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends when required. Relevant technical certifications are desirable. Arabic language skills and cultural knowledge are desirable but not required. MBN is an equal opportunity employer committed to workforce diversity
