• Active pipeline of property, rail, and energy projects (PETRONAS SWEC Licence).
• Malaysian Main ContractorProjects (Main Contractor)- Rail projects.
• High-rise building developments.
• Power and utilities infrastructure.Role Responsibilities- Strategically source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and associated risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project budgets and timelines are met.
• Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, contract management, and payment processes.Essential Skills & Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Quantity Surveying.
• Proven background in construction procurement.Location
• Office based in Bukit Damansara. - 5 days a week from HQ.
