Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2026 and am excited to build a growing team from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. I'm a graduate of the University of Arkansas, grew up in the Ozarks, and enjoy running, exercising, spending time outdoors, and following sports.

As a new agency, I'm looking forward to becoming actively involved in the community and building strong relationships with the people and organizations we serve. name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
