IT Manager

Mambo Seafood is Hiring! Come join the team! Mambo Seafood is a high-volume iconic Houston restaurant brand that has been in business since 1996. Mambo has 13 restaurants in the Greater Houston area and one franchised operation in the Rio Grande Valley. Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and support our organization's technology infrastructure across multiple restaurant locations, including point-of-sale systems, mobile device management, network security, connectivity, and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Office 365 environment, including Azure, Entra ID, and SharePoint Administer and support mobile device management (MDM) software for i. Pads and laptops Manage network infrastructure using Meraki (firewalls, switches, and access points) Implement and maintain security protocols across all company devices and networks Troubleshoot security systems (cameras and alarm pads) Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues at store locations to minimize downtime Provide regular hands-on IT support to end users (hardware, software, network issues) Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems (Aloha or Toast preferred) across multiple locations Support multiple sites/locations, coordinating IT needs across the organization Monitor systems for security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with best practices Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations Provide on-call/after-hours support as needed to address urgent IT or POS issues Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an IT management or senior IT support role (preferred) Hands-on experience with Aloha or Toast POS systems (preferred) Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms for iOS and laptop devices Strong understanding of IT security protocols and best practices Familiarity with Meraki networking hardware and dashboard administration Experience administering Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, and SharePoint Experience managing or supporting security systems (cameras, access control) Experience supporting multi-site/multi-location IT operations Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills for end-user IT support Willingness to travel to store locations as needed Availability for on-call/after-hours support outside standard business hours Preferred Qualifications Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco/Meraki, etc.)
