Job description
The Team Coordinator will provide support and oversight of the delivery of person-centered services to people with disabilities. The Team Coordinator should have a deep understanding of services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and current best practices to ensure the people supported have a high quality of life.
They should also be detail-oriented, able to plan, and be an excellent problem-solver. Implement communication protocols to foster more efficient processes and quality support services.
