About The Role

Please note, this position requires an enhanced national security clearance before commencing employment. Working Hours: 0600 - 1500 or 1000 - 1900 Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You will carry out routine and reactive cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Complete daily cleaning duties to agreed standards. Report any maintenance or repair issues identified. Respond promptly to cleaning requests and service requirements. Carry out basic equipment checks and report faults. Complete periodic and specialist cleaning tasks as required. Maintain cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.

Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly. Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally. Follow all health and safety procedures. Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in good order. Skills & Experience Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Strong timekeeping and reliability. Customer-focused with good communication skills. Ability to read and speak English to support safe working practices. Ability to obtain and maintain national security clearance About You Positive and professional attitude. Team player with a flexible approach. Strong communication and customer service skills.
