Supervisor - Primary Care West Haven - Derby, Wallingford, and Cheshire Offices

PACT MSO has a busy Internal Medicine Group with multiple locations seeking a Supervisor.  The position will travel to Derby, Wallingford, Cheshire and others as needed.  The hours are Monday through Friday.

The Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight to the staff. They work collaboratively with other departments and divisions, plan, organize, and trouble shoots issues. Resolves complex issues, timecards, schedules, and address discipline and performance issues.
