Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2016 and has grown into a high-performing team of 11. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the investment advisory space, bringing a strong financial background and strategic mindset into the agency. I’m a Florida native, a husband, and a father of two. Family and community are important to me, and that carries into how I lead and support our team. We are highly engaged in the community through local charities, Chambers of Commerce, and nonprofit board involvement, and we take pride in building strong relationships both inside and outside the office. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
