Manager of Memories Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Manager of Memories . In this role, you’ll lead our Activities Team in creating engaging, memorable experiences that bring families together and make every guest stay unforgettable. From holiday celebrations and resort-wide competitions to daily interactive programming and character appearances, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and continuous evolution of our guest activities program.

This leader will partner closely with resort departments to ensure seamless event execution, maintain a vibrant activities calendar, and identify new opportunities to enhance the guest experience through entertainment, recreation, and social engagement. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love —guiding, supporting, and inspiring your team while creating meaningful moments for guests of all ages.

Salary Range $55,000 - $65,000/year Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, schedule, and develop the Activities Team while fostering a fun, engaging, and guest-focused culture. Plan, organize, and execute daily, seasonal, and special-event programming, including family activities, holiday celebrations, competitions, and character appearances.

Collaborate with resort leadership and operational departments to ensure activities are effectively communicated and executed. Partner with Marketing to promote events, create engaging content, and showcase memorable guest experiences across social media platforms. Evaluate guest feedback, monitor participation levels, and continually enhance programming to elevate the overall resort experience.

What We’re Looking For Previous leadership experience in hospitality, recreation, entertainment, guest experience, activities, or event management. Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously. A dynamic, outgoing personality with confidence leading activities and engaging diverse audiences, including children and families.

Strong guest service instincts and the ability to problem-solve while maintaining a positive experience for guests and associates. A leadership style rooted in collaboration, creativity, respect, and service to others.
