Job description
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for assisting with the oversight of nursing operations. The ADON supports the Director of Nursing (DON) and Administrator to achieve quality outcomes and the delivery of patient-centered care. The ADON supports and upholds a professional nursing model. They are responsible for implementing and upholding high-quality nursing standards.
