Video Domain Expert

Description A winning ad can change the trajectory of a mobile game. Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming. We build agentic AI systems that generate video and playable ads, deploy them, and learn from the results. We're looking for a strong creative technologist to join the team behind our agentic video production system, working side by side with our Agentic Video Lead. You're a creative at heart, with real technical knowledge and a genuine love for the technical side. You'll help design and build the production system itself: the logic, assets, and workflows that let it make ads on its own. Responsibilities

Help build and maintain our agentic video production system, which takes an idea all the way to a finished ad Translate your creative judgment and hands-on production experience into the system to ensure every ad it produces meets professional standards Help build the agentic system that generates our 3D assets, animations, and effects Prototype new capabilities with modern AI tools and test them on real ads Stay at the forefront of AI by exploring new models and tools and adapting the way you work as the field evolves Review what the system produces, understand why it fails, and make it better

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on, multidisciplinary experience in commercial advertising production Advanced 3D skills in at least one major tool (Blender, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar) Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image and video Experience building your own tools or systems with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools Hands-on compositing experience, with a strong practical understanding of the craft beyond any specific tool Solid technical knowledge and a strong drive to keep learning A strong portfolio showcasing your work Nice to have Scripting (Python) ComfyUI Background in the mobile gaming industry Background in marketing You are: Curious, hands-on, and self-driven. You enjoy experimenting, you have the patience for complex builds, and you care about quality at every scale.
