Key Responsibilities

Uphold our core values: Service, Teamwork, and Development, every day. Deliver a 5-Star customer experience on every job. Arrive on time, professional, and prepared for each appointment. Efficiently troubleshoot HVAC systems and provide clear, expert advice to customers on repair or replacement options. Recommend maintenance plans, upgrades, or replacement options based on system condition and customer needs.

Provide accurate estimates and close service-related sales opportunities with professionalism and integrity. Collaborate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a well-stocked truck and keep accurate inventory. Actively participate in training sessions and morning meetings.

Submit accurate, timely invoices, timecards, feedback, and option sheets.

Qualifications

Proven track record of delivering exceptional technical service while consistently driving high sales performance through expert product knowledge, customer rapport, and solution-oriented recommendations. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. A positive attitude and pride in your work.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug test. Availability for on-call rotation.
