Patient Access Rep

A health care professional that is responsible for registering patients upon arrival. Performs a variety of tasks. Collects and verifies the patient’s insurance and personal demographic information. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

High school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
