What You'll Do

Present vehicles and conduct test drives for customers. Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships using the CRM. Schedule and confirm customer appointments. Participate in daily sales meetings and training. Deliver a smooth customer experience from purchase through service introduction.

What You'll Bring

Prior sales experience. CDK/ADP experience. Negotiation and closing skills Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross and/or bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
