Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will manage onboarding, off-boarding, office adminitrative works while ensuring a high-quality employee experience for our KL based employees. You should be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives and proactively suggest process enhancements.

Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding to deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint, assist with recruitment arrangements, and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience for Malaysia. Act as the primary local office contact to manage all office administration, vendor relationships, employee activities, and cost management.

Partner with and support HRBPs in driving operational excellence and continuously improving employee experience across HR operations, talent attraction, and employee engagement. Work closely with wider HR Team and Admins to drive group level employee activities such as Annual Dinner or CSR activities.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of well-rounded HR operations and Adminstration experience. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong, collaborative customer-service mindset and be a helping hand! Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills. Strong communication and collabration skills. Fluency in using both English and Chinese (expected).
