For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com. GEN AI Engineer Key Responsibilities Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) .

Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, tool usage, orchestration, and workflow automation. Develop and maintain scalable Python services, microservices, and REST APIs . Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and other data sources.

Evaluate, optimize, monitor, and improve AI system performance. Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field . Strong programming experience in Python . Hands-on experience building GenAI applications using LLMs .

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and agent orchestration . Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and RAG architectures . Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native application development . Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini , or similar. Hands-on exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen , or similar agentic frameworks. Experience with vector databases such as PGVector, Pinecone, Weaviate , or similar. Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms .

Nice to Have

Exposure to Machine Learning concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow . Experience with LLM/model evaluation and experimentation . Understanding of MLOps and AI observability . ͏ Deliver No. Performance Parameter Measure
