What You'll Do

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and drive operational excellence throughout the Guest experience. From floor management to team coaching, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Your Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations with poise, professionalism, and urgency Deliver consistent, elevated hospitality as both host and experience guide Develop and mentor front-of-house Team Members through feedback and leadership Manage Guest flow, reservations and high-volume service with precision Execute and uphold all M Street standards and procedures Identify opportunities to add value to the Guest experience Champion organizational goals and shift priorities seamlessly when needed Build a positive, accountable team culture rooted in data, communication, and trust Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations What We're Looking For: 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining/high-volume preferred) Corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred A proven ability to lead, inspire and hold teams accountable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Data-driven decision-making and process ownership Calm, solutions-oriented presence under pressure Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connection Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Why M Street?
