Certified Sterile Processing Tech

Full-Time Certified Sterile Processing Tech St. Mary’s Ambulatory Surgery Center is an AAAHC-accredited outpatient surgery center dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a high-quality, service-oriented environment. Our facility features four operating rooms and two treatment rooms, supporting a wide range of specialties including Orthopedic Surgery, Outpatient Joint Replacement, ENT, Pain Management, General Surgery, Podiatry, Gynecology, and Spine procedures.

With a commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate care, our team works collaboratively to deliver outstanding surgical experiences and positive patient outcomes. The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred
• Experience with all types of sterilizers
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items

Pay Range

$18.67/hr. - $27.07/hr. (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.) #USP-123 #LI-KB3
