• AUSTIN, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Full Time (Monday thru Friday) The Hospital Registrar serves as the primary link between patients and the hospital, overseeing the full registration and discharge process in the EMR. Key duties include collecting point-of-service payments, coordinating arrival notifications with medical units, and maintaining high standards of customer service to ensure a positive first impression and accurate patient records.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years in hospital registration experience preferred. Experienced in a medical customer service environment required. Experience in handling and balancing cash required. Able to operate common computer software systems, utilizing both hospital and business software.
