PMO Manager

Support the project management in planning, organising and executing the project, including contributions to commercial analyses and operational decision making Assist with resource planning, creation and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), work packages and Internal Performance Agreements Develop and maintain project schedules (including customer and supplier schedules), perform critical path and milestone trend analyses, and track deadlines and action items Contribute to risk, change and claim management, and support the preparation of the cost to completion in close cooperation with project controlling Organise internal project review meetings, prepare progress and status reports for customers, and support coordination sessions with industrial core team partners Support the development and continuous improvement of project management tools, processes and templates across projects and PMO activities
