Janitorial Cleaning

Position Summary

Xtra Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Workers to support our client facilities. The Janitorial Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in accordance with client expectations and company standards. Essential Job Duties Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Qualifications Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to pass pre-employment screening, if required by client Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to push/pull cleaning equipment and carts Work Schedule & Pay Schedule: To Be Determined Pay Rate: To Be Determined Xtra Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
