Initiate and drive new research projects with high TRL (Technology readiness level)
Understanding of R&D projects and develop plan/proposal for scaleup or implementation.
Development of business case and feasibility study for research projects in discussion with all its stakeholders
Plan and execute plant trials based on findings obtained from R&D project.
Flow sheet development, data generation, mass, and energy balance calculations at different stages of project prior to implementation at plant
Collaborate and work with suitable academic/industrial partners to accelerate the pace of innovative projects.
Develop state of the art new facilities in the specific area in which prior experience available
