Job description
As a Warehouse Lead, you will direct daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure all goals and operational objectives are met. In this role, you will assign daily work, supervise picking, receiving, and replenishment, and organize outgoing orders to maintain high accuracy. You will identify areas for operational improvement, update work procedures, maintain warehouse equipment, enforce safety programs, and resolve cross-departmental issues.
Maintaining high visibility on the floor, you will lead by example, coach and mentor staff, and work closely with management to drive team performance and overall operational excellence.
