Compensation

Job Description Provide excellence in therapy services to young children with special needs and their families in home, day care, or community settings.

Develop collaborative relationships with parents/caregivers to educate them on how to help children communicate effectively. Timely submission of daily session notes, progress reports, and other paperwork. Option to perform evaluations.

Qualifications

Required Valid and Current Registration Certificate OR License (1 minimum): New York State Certified Special Education Teacher (Permanent) Teacher of Students with Disabilities (Birth-Grade 2. Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) Teacher of Students with Speech Hearing and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) New York State Licensed Physical Therapist New York State Licensed Occupational Therapist New York State Licensed Speech Therapist New York State Licensed Psychologist Requirement: Submission of two sample evaluations (minimum) in order to be considered for this position.
