Product Analyst

Analyze product usage data, customer behavior, and business metrics to identify trends and insights. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Collect, clean, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and analytics tools. Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate product performance.

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Marketing teams. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product improvement opportunities. Gather user feedback and translate business requirements into actionable insights. Support A/B testing and evaluate the effectiveness of product features.

Identify gaps in product performance and recommend data-driven solutions. Monitor product launches and measure their impact on business objectives.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel. Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business analytics. Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.

Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
