We’re looking for a confident and proactive Line Leader to join our fast-paced Production team. This is a hands-on supervisory role with responsibility for leading your team to deliver safe, high-quality products whilst meeting daily performance targets.

Typically: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday Nights Only – Fixed Nights (7pm-7am) You will work 4 nights per week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday What you’ll do: Lead and coordinate Production Operatives and agency colleagues, managing labour, materials and equipment effectively Maintain Health & Safety, food safety, GMP and customer standards, completing checks and compliance paperwork accurately Own line performance by monitoring KPIs and SIC, taking corrective action to reduce waste, giveaway and downtime Coach colleagues to achieve right-first-time quality, managing non-conformances and escalating major issues appropriately Deliver clear shift handovers, identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead by example What we’re looking for from you: Previous experience within FMCG or food manufacturing Supervisory experience, proven machine operation experience and demonstrable leading capability Strong understanding of KPIs and production targets Confidence to coach, motivate, and manage performance Who are we?
