- Briargate Special Improvement Maintenance Districts (SIMD) We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team within the Briargate Special Improvement Maintenance Districts. This position may be filled at the Technician II or Senior level based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.
