What You'll Do

Read work orders and basic drawings to ensure accurate production Set up machines based on specifications (wire size, spacing, dimensions) Operate cage welding machines to build steel reinforcement cages for concrete pipe and box culverts Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished cages for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE What You'll Need Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic drawings Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting) Availability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Your Education High School Diploma or GED required We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
