About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to support key business functions and drive the people agenda in alignment with organizational strategy. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can operate both strategically and operationally, partnering closely with leadership to deliver impactful people solutions.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end HR support across multiple business functions, ensuring strong employee experience, compliance, and performance culture while enabling business transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives Provide workforce planning, organizational design, and change support Identify people-related risks and propose proactive solutions Talent & Workforce Management Lead recruitment activities including workforce approvals, selection input, and offer structuring Support onboarding and integration of new employees Facilitate talent reviews, succession discussions, and development planning Performance & Learning Drive performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews Support managers in development conversations and capability building Coordinate implementation of learning and development initiatives Compensation & Employee Experience Provide guidance on compensation structures and employment packages Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs Ensure employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit) are effectively managed Employee Relations & Compliance Advise managers on employee relations matters and workplace concerns Support constructive engagement with employee representatives where applicable Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor legislation HR Operations & Data Maintain high standards of HR data accuracy and documentation Support payroll and benefits administration processes Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5–7+ years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role Experience supporting multiple business functions in a structured organization Strong knowledge of Ghana labor laws, union negotiations, and HR best practices Experience handling employee relations and performance management processes Exposure to compensation structuring and HR systems Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching abilities
