Embedded within an agile squad, this role collaborates closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and DevOps to turn business requirements into working software. As part of a global, cloud-native product organization, the Software Developer ensures code quality, performance, and maintainability through best-in-class engineering practices.

The role also contributes to the design, development and integration of intelligent services, automation capabilities and AI-enabled solutions that enhance business processes, internal platforms and digital products. 🚀 What you'll be doing: Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using frontend and backend technologies. Develop intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces aligned with the company’s digital experience standards. Design, develop, and integrate secure, scalable, and efficient APIs to enable seamless integration between platforms and digital services.

Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes to ensure software quality and reliability.

Monitor and optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across development, testing, and production environments. Analyze and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks. Contribute to continuous improvements in software architecture, development processes, and engineering best practices.

Support process automation initiatives and explore new technologies to improve operational efficiency and deliver business value. 🌟 You’re a match Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Developer.

Mandatory technical knowledge: .NET, HTML, and C#. Must-have experience: Designing, developing, and integrating APIs. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (mandatory). English proficiency at a minimum B1–B2 level, with the ability to communicate effectively and write professional emails in English. Additional technical knowledge in Python, Java, React, Angular, Microsoft Azure, AWS, microservices, relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server or equivalent), version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps), and process automation platforms (Ui.

Path, Microsoft Power Platform, or Power Apps) is considered a plus.
