Senior Client Relationship Executive

Our client, a growing advisory firm based in Malta, is currently looking for a Senior Client Relationship Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be managing a portfolio of High-Net Worth clients where you will take ownership of complex cases from start to finish. This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €45K .

Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered. Role & Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of HNW clients, building strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional intermediaries along the way Take full ownership of complex, high-value cases, making sure the client experience stays smooth and professional from start to finish Coordinate all client requirements — documentation, accommodation, transportation, biometrics, and other relocation-related arrangements Prepare and review client documentation and submissions accurately, with minimal supervision Work closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams to keep deadlines on track and client requirements met Assist in the prepartion and oversee Letters of Engagement, agreements, and other administrative documentation Support junior team members by sharing your knowledge and best practices Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in client relationship management, administration, immigration, relocation, financial services, or professional services is a plus Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Previous experience working with HNW clients or professional intermediaries is a plus Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment is considered an asset Strong organisational skills and keen eye for detail Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask while respecting deadlines Reliable and proactive, with a professional approach and strong sense of ownership About the Role Salary of up to €45K Office based in L-Imriehel Opportunity to work with international clients Support and guidance from Directors and senior team members Flexibility to travel occasionally for client support, events, or conferences Professional growth and development opportunities Kindly apply with your detailed CV.
