Promote modern software engineering practices across testing, CI/CD, and observability.

Expert-level proficiency in Python—capable of writing clean, performant, production-quality code. Experience building systems for front-office or risk-aligned teams; exposure to equities, derivatives, macro, or cross-asset workflows is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial markets; multi-asset familiarity is advantageous. Proven ability to work independently within a trading desk, managing priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills—able to interface effectively with PMs, traders, researchers, and business leads. Familiarity with data engineering concepts, APIs, and distributed systems.
Passion for building technology that delivers measurable business value. Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and cloud-native tools. Proven ability to deliver both tactical and strategic solutions under evolving business needs. Strong communication and documentation skills; able to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
