What You'll Be Doing Conduct routine servicing, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems Diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently Carry out preventative maintenance to maximise system performance and reliability Install and commission HVAC equipment and components when required Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service delivery Collaborate with a supportive team of technicians and industry experts Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance What We're Looking For Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification) Refrigerant Handling Licence NSW Electrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence (or ability to obtain where required) Previous experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Current driver's licence Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement Electricians looking to transition into the HVAC industry are encouraged to apply.
