Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the hero for Bish’s RV customers. Solving individual problems through communication with customers and company stakeholders will be part of your daily routine. You will complete administrative tasks necessary to organize, manage, and improve the customer care department and the customer experience at Bish’s RV.

You will identify and report concerns affecting the customer experience and help implement solutions.
