Location Overview Join our team in Amanyara. Basking on the secluded shores of an 18,000-acre nature reserve, Amanyara’s lush tropical pavilions and villas overlook half a mile of white sand beaches and the turquoise waters of Providenciales' North West Point Marine National Park. RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Service & Wine Experience Provide knowledgeable, intuitive, and personalized wine recommendations based on guest preferences, menu selections, and occasion. Deliver professional wine presentation, opening, decanting, pouring, and service according to luxury standards. Build relationships with guests and recognize repeat guest preferences to enhance personalization.

Provide discreet and professional service to VIPs and high-profile guests. Use engaging storytelling to enhance guests’ appreciation and understanding of wines without being intrusive. Handle wine-related guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Wine Program & Food Pairing Assist in developing, maintaining, and regularly reviewing the resort’s wine lists.

Ensure an appropriate selection of wines across regions, styles, vintages, price points, and premium labels. Maintain accurate wine-list descriptions, vintages, pricing, and availability. Collaborate with Culinary and Food & Beverage leadership to develop appropriate food-and-wine pairings. Participate in menu tastings and recommend wines for seasonal menus, tasting menus, and special culinary experiences.

Remain current with international wine trends, emerging regions, producers, and vintages. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Sommelier or comparable wine-focused role within a luxury hotel, resort, fine-dining restaurant, or similar environment. Recognized wine qualification such as WSET Level 2/3, Court of Master Sommeliers certification, or equivalent is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Old World and New World wines, Champagne, grape varieties, regions, producers, vintages, and food pairing. Knowledge of spirits, sake, fortified wines, and premium non-alcoholic beverages is advantageous. Previous experience in wine-list development, cellar management, purchasing, and inventory control.

Experience conducting wine training and guest tastings. Previous experience serving a discerning international luxury clientele is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and professional command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
