Job description
The purpose of the class is to revise and develop standard operating procedures for review by senior management and compose performance indicators and other documents for the Fire Accreditation process. May supervise others. The class works under close supervision according to set procedures.
What You'll Do
Research and analyze fire service operations using industry standards, OSHA regulations, and accreditation criteria. Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document control systems. Assist with emergency operations planning, including COOP, All Hazards, and hurricane response plans.
