Your tasks Ensure all the Reservoir Management and surveillance plan is executed as per plan Involvement for all maintenance discussions (mechanical, electrical/HVAC, C&I/telecom) across offshore and onshore teams Develop optimization strategies for improving production efficiency, well productivity and/or reducing downtime Ensure adherence to the OMV Petrom Well Engineering Management System Support preparation of well intervention, workover, completion and abandonment programs if required Ensure that the Well Integrity Management System (WIMS) for the Neptun Wells is up to date Conduct studies and report on any initiative to improve well performance Defines, supervises and records regular tests (WIT's, SIT's, etc) Ensures all handover documents are prepared in case interventions or workovers are required Your profile Education: Master Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent educational or industry related experience Relevant professional experience: >9 years Experience in the professional discipline (completion, well integrity) is required Solid understanding of Well Integrity and related parameters Strong technical background, familiar with API and preferable NORSOK, especially in relation to leak and test criteria of downhole equipment and subsea X/mas trees Fluent in spoken and written English
