Lead Designer

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Designer with a strong background in the e-learning domain to lead our creative and instructional design efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design standards, storyline development, and a deep understanding of various Learning Management Systems (LMS). Required Skillset - 6-8 years of experience in design, with a significant focus on the e-learning industry. Expertise in designing interactive and engaging learning content . Proven knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc. Strong understanding of design standards, accessibility guidelines, and instructional design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Strong abilities with experience leading and mentoring a team of designers. Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices for digital learning environments. Expertise in visual storytelling, layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency across media formats. Experience designing for digital learning, and multimedia content Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives. Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar tools.
