MFG Setup Technician 1st shift + 10% quarterly Incentive (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)

The MFG Setup Technician is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting production equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role performs machine changeovers, tooling and die changes, equipment startups, and process monitoring while working closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, machine setup experience, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This position offers a 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and eligibility for a 10% quarterly incentive.
