Bookkeeper

Fiber Network Services is a communications contractor offering a full range of fiber optic and cable network services. Servicing Cox Communications, Comcast Cable, Segra and Suddenlink in the States of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and in Washington D.C.

, we are a trusted resource for cabling and maintaining high-speed internet connectivity via fiber optic and coaxial systems. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bookkeeper to help our corporate accounting team out of our Manassas, VA.

Job Responsibilities

(But not limited to) Collect expense reports from office managers who hold company credit cards, and track those expenses Assist with Classifying bank transactions in QuickBooks online. Handle the business license renewals Assist with the general support for AP and AR Other accounting tasks as needed Job Qualifications: A degree in Accounting and/or prior bookkeeping experience is a plus Experience with QuickBooks is a must.

Experience with business license renewal is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organization skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
