Operations Manager

Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking a motivated and committed Operations Manager to lead a manufacturing facility in Thomson, GA (located just outside of Augusta, GA). The Operations Manager directs and coordinates, through hands on and team involvement, the activities concerned with production of company product(s), utilizing knowledge of throughput, inventory and operating expenses.

This role works closely with staff to establish standards, controls and financial targets while maintaining optimum production and the utilization of all resources. The Operations Manager reviews and analyzes plant performance data for reports, both internal and external while identify and solving abnormal situations.
