Bartender

Qualifications

Ideal Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor. They must have prior bartending experience, be self-motivated and be able to stand for long periods of time. Candidate must be personable and guest service driven. Candidates must be 18 and older.

Essential Functions

• Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests
• Must present a professional, guest‑ready “on‑stage presence”
• Performs other duties assigned Expectations
• Must have good guest service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest experience
• Must follow all Legends Global policies and procedures
• Must be present for all major and minor events at the Amphitheater
• Must follow MLCC guidelines for responsible alcohol service Education & Experience:
• Previous bartending experience preferred Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance
• Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training ( TIP's, Servsafe certification )
• Basic math skills: ability to accurately count change and balance bank
• Effective communication skills: ability to communicate with guests and receive orders
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds Environmental Working Conditions:
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season
