Associate Director - Residential

Join Lifetime Assistance as an Associate Director of Residential Services and help lead programs that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities! You'll oversee residential operations, supervise and mentor program leaders, ensure OPWDD compliance, manage staffing and quality improvement initiatives, and support person-centered care.

You'll also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, assist with budget oversight, and serve as Administrator On Call. We're seeking a strong leader with knowledge of OPWDD regulations and a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant supervisory experience, or an associate degree with 4+ years of supervisory experience.
