ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a team member, gaining valuable experience in customer service, sales, and agency operations. That foundation helped me build an agency focused on growth, relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
