- Production Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing production processes and propose improvement suggestions to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Assist in implementing new production technologies and methods to ensure process stability.
- Production Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze production data, monitoring key indicators during the production process.
- Based on data analysis results, propose improvement measures to optimize production processes.
- Quality Control and Assurance:
- Assist the quality assurance department in product inspection to ensure products meet company standards.
- Participate in the investigation and analysis of quality issues and assist in developing improvement plans.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the production team, quality assurance department, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Participate in production meetings, providing technical support and suggestions.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare documents related to production processes and equipment maintenance to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly submit work reports to supervisors, reporting on work progress and issues.
